Silverwoods Valuation and House Clearance Services.

Valuation of lots can be carried out at our premises or home visits can be booked where appropriate. We hold a weekly free valuation every Monday morning between 9am and 12 noon when you can come along without appointment with any items that you are thinking of selling. We can appraise these items and if you are satisfied with the result you can leave them to be sold in the next available auction. Altenatively if you cannot make this weekly time then you can arrange an appointment when one of us can be on hand to look at your goods.

Home visits are arranged for the appraisal of Antique furniture or where there is a large quantity of items.

We also carry out valuations for both Probate purposes and Insurance. These are in written form and can generally be produced within 24 hours of the inspection.

As part of our service to you, Silverwoods can organise if required, the removal to auction of your goods be they top quality antiques or general household effects. This service is tailored to each customers requirements but most importantly is carried out so that there is complete traceability of all items so that you can be sure that every item that you send will be accounted back to you.
